How do you guys get your pictures to be small like that? Even if I take a screenshot, and then erase the background it's still huge.

Using my old haircut.

Crop tool in Photoshop

Use the box selection tool in MS Paint, draw a box around the part that you want, hit Copy, then open a new document, paste it, and resize the corners of the white space to match the size of the image. (Unless the paste covers the whole canvas, in which case no worries.)

Then save as a PNG so it doesn't look gay.
