Still the best movie ever a month after it came out.

If you can get past the gaping plot holes, I guess you're right.

And I like how his daughter gets captured, yet there is pretty much no reason why she of all people would be. The movie could have easily came up with a reason considering her father's job or her stepfather's wealth...but no. Evidently, going to Europe means getting captured within the first 5 minutes, drugged up and sent to a construction site to be fucked repeatedly. You also have to be very attractive and have a weird fetish for seemingly sweet guys who are into bondage.

"she of all people" was captured because her and her friend were both gullible american girls, they pull the routine more than just on them you know, so i wouldnt call that any sort of weird coincidence and i think you're being a little too picky about that

cute girls get sold into sex all the time.

Just thought it was funny considering Liam Neeson was completely paranoid about it and then she gets captured within the first 5 minutes of arriving in Europe. It was obvious the movie just wanted to get the story part out of the way so they could go straight to the ass-kicking, which I did think were awesome.

Oh and I HATED Neeson's daughter in this film. She was beyond awful. She needs to take some acting classes and some classes on how to not run like she's trying out for the special Olympics.

I thought it was a great movie. There were several times I was O_O at some of the things he had to do to get what he needed to continue on in the mission to find his daughter.
All in all I would definitely give it an A-

and the last action scenes were so over the top with the karate chops and what not.
