garbage that the wrestler or the god damn dark knight weren't nominated for best picture.

Jesus, why are Benjamin Button, Slumdog Millionaire, and Frost/Nixon up for so many of the top nods? Especially Slumdog Millionaire. Benjamin Button was David Fincher's worst film to date.

If Return of the King is worthy of top Oscar awards then The Dark Knight sure as hell is. After two years with the best movies of the year actually winning the top awards (Departed, No Country for Old Men) it looks like we are dialing the clock back to when Crash was considered the best movie of its year.I'm betting Milk wins most of the top awards as Hollywood uses it to make a symbolic statement against Proposition 8, they would do something stupid like that.

Crash was so fucking good though. It took me by surprise when it won. I'll be damned if Brokeback Mountain won it that year.

You need to just stop watching movies... Or at least stop leaving your opinion about them on here.

all of the movies nominated are better, with the exception of brokeback mountain which is still better than crash but not best picture.

"if any of us gets laid tonight, it's because of eric bana's performance in munich."

* 2005 Crash - Lions Gate - Paul Haggis, Cathy Schulman
o Brokeback Mountain - Focus Features - Diana Ossana, James Schamus
o Capote - United Artists & Sony Pictures Classics - Caroline Baron, William Vince, Michael Ohoven
o Good Night, and Good Luck - Warner Bros. - Grant Heslov
o Munich - DreamWorks & Universal - Steven Spielberg, Kathleen Kennedy, Barry Mendel

You are a fag if you believe any of those movies are better than Chrash. Brokeback was actually a good movie [no homo] but Crash was still better. Capote lol it only deserves to be nominated and that's it. Good Night and Good Luck was boring as shit. Munich lol you got to be kidding me. Munich. Fucking Munich. Jesus Christ.
