So wait? I heard it's an automatic 3 year sentence if caught with a gun? Who wants to bet he's in prison no longer than 6 months if convicted?
Who knows? It's 3 1/2 years set as a mandatory minimum, but I don't know if that's with or without parole. If no possibility of parole is written into the law, then I don't see Plaxico going much further.

3 1/2 months? I know it's automatic but I think he'll get something like 6 months and community service. I think that's just too harsh. Plus he shot himself in the leg.
