I reformatted my sisters laptop because it was f'd up. It works completely fine, but the wireless card and on board ethernet don't work at all, thus it wont access the internet. I think when i formatted they didn't reinstall right. Ive tried updating the drivers and shit but I dunno, I can't connect period nor get them fixed and i don't have much laptop knowledge.
I am able to ping the connection via prompt, and when I ipconfig it tells me both are media disconnected.
I dunno, surely someone can help me, I don't know wtf to do. Tell me the info you need to know to help and I'll supply it.
