I'm very liberal, but I have to side with conservatives regarding gun control. If someone ever breaks into my house, I would much rather be packing some heat for the occasion. I don't care about many of these statistics, either. The chances of being confronted by a robber, or something of the sort is low, but not as low as my chances of coming back to life if some crazy bastard kills me.
I think if every responsible adult had their own piece, we'd see a lot less crime. Who the fuck wants to rob a house if the owner is fully armed?

If every responsible adult had their own piece, that'd be like thirty people. And if everybody in general had one we'd probably see a shitload more crime.
I don't know what the legislation should be but most of the gun related crimes is in the cities. NRA people use guns to kill deer.
