If Phelps can win all 8 gold medals and the the USA basketball team can also win gold, I'll call this the a win for the US regardless of what else happens.

Also, Phelps is a fucking stud, man. That guy's gotta be half fish. And half praying mantis.

I must say watching Phelps in that 4 x 100 relay race 3 nights ago was the coolest thing I've ever seen in the Olympics...
French talking shit (I hate the french) and leading the first 3 legs basically...last American swimmer was their slowest and he made a comeback of one body length in the last 25 meters...that's sick nasty...
That moment is up there with MIchael Johnson breaking the 200 world record in 96 in my favorite olympic moments...

Until they said "It wasn't meant to be offensive". Really? I don't care what culture you're from, how would you not expect to piss off Asians with that? Plus, Jason Kidd was right. If the USA team had done that, we'd be kicked out.
Again though, I do think the picture is the funniest thing I've seen in awhile.

Yea I'm just happy to see other countries have the same sense of humor, that was classic....
Fuck anyone who is offended...and yea if USA did that we'd be under a lot of shit.
Didn't the chinese use like 13 year olds in gymnastics and that's illegal LoL? Crazy how the chinese always lie about age...like Yi Jian Lin in the NBA.....they are so fucking weird with that.
Also anyone watch Phelps before his races...the way he swins his shoulders and arms....it's like the man is made out of jello...so strangely cool...

Okay Bolt is a freak. If he put any effort at all into the last 10 meters of his races he would be smashing records instead of breaking them.

i look forward to seeing the us play spain again, i can't imagine the us playing anywhere close to how they did before [they shot nearly 50% from the three] or spain playing anything like the second half the last time they played when it looked like they just gave up. i think it could be a lot closer, definitely closer than 37 points, but who knows. it's actually airing at a time i'll be awake during too, can't wait.
also the women play for gold tomorrow against australia i think.

Most football players would crush Bolt. One tackle and he'd be out for the year.

Wow you really are stupid.
Bolt's 6'5", 190 lbs. which is the same size if not bigger than many of the best "fast" NFL receivers. Not to mention he's in better shape. He'd be just fine.
