So a little backstory is I have pending possesion of dank buds and parphernilia charges.
Today it was snowing kinda hardish and pretty windy. I was taking my buddy home after picking up a quad. I had a bong under my seat cuz he said he wanted to smoke it, but my mom called and said LOL come home there is pizza here and I want you to eat it. So anyways I was taking him home and I got pulled over. After like 15 minutes of just chilling there he let me off with a $190 speeding ticket. I was going 64 in a 45 in a blizzard.

Driving with a bong under your seat, and speeding? Why not just slap a "legalize it" bumper sticker on your car, just in case there's any cops out there who are still on the fence about pulling you over.
