I don't care if it's fiction or non-ficiton, I want to read something that will make me go 'whoa'.

EDIT: No Kant or any of that other dry shit. Something at least remotely readable please.

Read Hot Water Music by Charles Bukowski. It's pretty pimpin'. Bukowski is by far my favorite prose producer.
