New York (going with my gut)
I thought about with them mainly due to BRANDON JACOBS, who is a beast. Then I realized Eli would probably find some way to fuck it up late in the game if they somehow had a lead.

Don't care, don't care, don't care.
Only way I will care if Indy or NE loses....I hate watching repeat teams win multiple championships.
Unless of course they are the teams I'm supporting, but that never happens.

I'm praying for anything BUT that matchup. I hate those two teams more than any other in the NFL. I'm so sick of seeing them play each other in the AFC Championship every year. Although I do hope the Pats perfect season ends, and Indy has a better shot at that than anyone else still in the AFC playoffs.

Well, so much for my scenario. I just want someone to beat the Patriots. Also, even thought the Colts won the Super Bowl last season, I still have residual pity for them due to their past (and, starting today, current) playoff failures.

Whoever is coming out of the NFC is getting my support. The Giants took it to the Patriots in a great game which will make an interesting Super Bowl. If Favre and co wins, then it'll be a classic good vs evil Super Bowl matchup.

WOOOO Giants won. I didn't want to see Green Bay go to Dallas again. Now we get the giants at home. It'll be a good game. Both teams are different from week two, but I'm hoping the packers play that many levels ahead still. LETS GO PACKERS!

My predictions?
The Giants and the Chargers. For a pure 'Who the fuck saw this happening?' remark.

Packers over the Giants in a close game, Patriots over the Chargers in a blowout. Packers win Superbowl by a field goal with 1 second remaining.
Suck it, blue.

Nah, definitely favre deep to jennings. Come on, giving up the deep ball in OT to Brett Favre to lose the super bowl? That's so much better.

I don't know if Favre blew it. I guess that pick was pretty piss poor at the end.
Aside from the big plays, the Giants defense was pretty strong. The Giants totally outclassed the Packers. They drove it down the field a lot more efficiently than Green Bay did. Green Bay just had some big plays, plus they never established the run.
I'm a little dissapointed with Brett, but oh well, I just wanted the Pats to lose.

The play(s) of the game in my opinion were the two three-and-outs we suffered with what, five minutes left to play? Two opprotunites to run clock and put New York and we (Green Bay) didn't.
It'll take me a while to get over this one.

I would have liked to see Jaguars/Packers myself. Even though the Giants gave New England a run for their money in the last regular season game I still think the Packers had a better shot of ending the perfect season. Eli's been doing well and I would love to see him perform on a similar level in the Super Bowl but I'm having a hard time seeing it actually happen. Go Giants!

I don't get how people can say you could see the Packers having a better shot. The giants in my opinion are better defensively. Their d-line has to be the best in the league, and that's what you need to beat New England. If Tom is getting all day like he was against the Jags, he'll go 26/28 every god damn game.
And Favre plays so inconsistent. I like Favre, and if they were on, they'd have a great shot at the Pats, but the packers have played so inconsistent, especially in the second half of the season.
Also I think the Giants have a better run game.
Himura Kenshin

Regardless...
The Giants kept it close... In New England... In December... In freezing ass cold weather.
The Giants, I don't think, want to play New England this time. Arizona, where it's warm, is going to open up the Pats passing game that we haven't seen in weeks. Could be a HUGE blowout.

I don't know about the Giants front four being too much better than the packers front four. You have Umeniyouria (don't care how its spelled) and Strahan vs Kampman and KGB. The Packers secondary is better with two of the best CB in the league. The Giants are weak in the secondary right now and Brady will rip that apart.
