Bullshit. That wasnt the first time they were accused of cheating, that was the first time they were caught. They've been accused by other teams, too. That shit's been going on a long time, and like i always say, knowing the play is more than enough to get your kicker into FG range and win the game. Just like they did in every Super Bowl. I hate the patriots, with a passion. But I know a good team when I see one. If you think recording a teams first half defense is going to give them that huge of an advantage you're an idiot.

That's what an offensive coordinator does, he reads the defense in the first half and makes adjustments. A tape of the first half isn't going to make a huge difference, they can't watch the first half during half time. Not to mention most of these coaches are pretty smart and don't need a recording to read a defense. Also, all week long people watch tapes on each other....so having a tape during the game isn't going to change much.

Even I can see the patriots are clearly an elite team in the NFL and without cheating they'd still be the number one contender. And even if they hadn't won any superbowls, people still would want to play under Billy Boy, because that's the kind of respect he gets on his team and that's why that team has a great attitude.

I never said its a huge advantage. But its more than enough for Tom Brady to get your team into field goal range. They never dominated anyone. Always won the most imprtant games, (including all 3 super bowls) by 3 goddamn points. How many on last second field goals? And most of them against the same teams, so playing them during the season and again during the playoffs? No coach changes all their calls during the season. As it is some of them have hundreds of plays. It would take forever, near impossible. It'd be like learning sign language in just a couple weeks.

So then they won 3 Super Bowls, and have this badass reputation. Of course everyone wants to play for them, they (cheated to) win. Players like Seau decide not to retire, players like Moss take a million dollar paycut and finally shut the fuck up and play... so yeah, they're good now, and dont have to cheat, anymore, but who would with that roster?
