When is this show going to fucking end....

Seriously, I gave up on the show begining of season 3....these shows like Heroes, Prison Break, Lost....they shouldn't be allowed to do more than 3 or 4 season...I can see Lost beng dragged out 6 seasons knowing CBS.

But I do like the show...but it's a completely different tone than it was from the first season...I still like watching it, but sometimes shows like these frustrate me. And it's hard for me to keep up with them.

I agree with you (not about heroes though, I could see that lasting if they gradually faded out characters, did some time-jumps,ect.)

They already announced that there will only be six seasons. I am perfectly fine with that.

Cannot wait for the season to start!

As a side note, I have not been keeping my finger on the pulse of the entertainment industry at all...did the writers guild thing ever end? if it did, did it end soon enough to not fuck up lost?

Uh, Lost has been planned to be 6 seasons long from the very beginning. No more, no less. That's what separates it from the other shows you mentioned, the writers actually have a set ending in mind and can plan exactly how to approach it within the given time frame. There will be no "dragging" about it other than the fact that the last 3 seasons are 16 episodes each instead of 2 seasons with 24 eps each.

Yeah, I think Lost will only get better as long as they stick to what they have planned and as long as they stop FIRING ACTORS...

I think Eko's parent's died or something and he asked to be written off. They went through all that shit to save him the episode before too.

I'm still happy they killed Michelle Rodriguez.

I'm watching season 3 again so I can DVR and start watching the 4th season.


I have to say the third season is miles ahead of the third in terms of quality. They just don't answer shit, and they don't communicate.

I hate this relationship with the others and the plane people. It's fucking retarded and makes no sense. If those people want to live in their own private utopian society, then why not tell the plane people this. I'm sure they will be more than happy to leave them the fuck alone.

And if that giant tropical island is too small for both "clans," then fucking let them leave because clearly Walt and Michael left.

It just seems they add a new suspenseful element each episode, which is alright with me. Hell I'm not even mad that they haven't addressed other topics, like the black smog thing.

But the dialogue between Others and Plane people is so fucking annoying, they act like it's aliens vs humans and they speak different languages....clearly these people are sane, and last time I checked most sane humans communicate with each other a lot better than these assclowns do.

First episode was mediocre, mostly synchronization between the groups.

But holy fuck second episode. What a trip. This show has me by the balls.

I absolutely love that the survivors have finally split into 2 groups. They've been hinting at this since the goddamn season one finale, so it's nice to have it finally happen.

All the new characters are interesting too.

Well done watching SEason 3......finally...

I got side tracked by Rescue Me, which is the best show ever I think.

Lost is sitll pretty good, just has a different feeling than the first season...thinks seem too grand now, which is alright I guess. I still get pissed off at the lack of communication....and the ending to season 3 was kind of lame how they want to go back....so now we have to wait another 3 seasons on what mistakes or why they want to go back....ugh...

Oh well, not like I have anything else better to do, I can sacrifice an hour a week to quench my curiosity.

SO HOW FUCKING CRAZY WAS THIS LAST EPISODE

This season has been really grand thus far, it's an absolutely fucking shame it's going to only be 13 episodes. Fucking writers strike. I guess as long as they are all quality I can deal with the shorter season.

I really liked the Sayid eps two weeks ago, and this weeks eps. Damn good stuff.

This week's episode was probably one of the best Lost episodes so far. Desmond is awesome and he was at his finest there, and Faraday is pretty awesome also.
