if you want to upgrade your graphics, either spend several thousand dollars on an overpriced laptop or buy/build a desktop
Dell can put that in, but why would Dell want to when they can get you to buy a new laptop?

notebooks aren't designed to be upgraded, other than ram and maybe the hard drive. the rest is part of the mainboard and you have to replace the entire thing in order to upgrade most of the components. c'est la vie when it comes to notebooks.
Gaming laptops have dropped in price significantly recently. You can get one that'll run Crysis for under $1500 easily.
