We all know it's illegal to teach blacks to read. This is a pointless topic.

Actually it's not illegal in most states and Canada. Blacks are incapable of reading because they have small brains. It's so small that scientists aren't sure how they're able to speak. They do know what their brains are so small, though. It's because God hates them.

So how come black people are lighter colored on their palms and feet? Cause God told them to put their hands on the wall when he painted them.
