Agree. I'm a little surprised they even left in the monkey.

I"m sick of all this cheesey crap, Transformers and 300 were bad enough as it is

I like this style. I may actually PAY to go see it.

With the exception of Christina Ricci looking like a super cute doll that movie looks terrible.

The original Speed Racer was cheesy as fuck. There's no way this would be good if they tried to make it serious.

That doesn't mean it'll be good if they make it not serious.

Just seeing John Goodman dressed like that though, makes me want to see the movie. But I probably won't, because it looks pretty terrible

Anyone who doesn't see that this will be a terrible movie needs to have their eyes checked.

And I loved ALL the Matrix movies, so that's saying something there

Last two Matrix movies were a waste of film.

I think that was his point. He liked them, and even he thinks the Speed Racer movie will be bad.

Eh, wouldn't say no taste. Just that I got so into the first Matrix and it's universe that it would have been really hard for the last two to dissappoint me.

I was really into the first one too, but it just made the follow ups that much worse to me.

Speed Racer doesn't look that good.

I thought it was actually going to be more over the top. I was also expecting the dialogue to be non synced.
