any idea what the bitrate is?

209 kbps according to iTunes.

I honestly have no clue about bitrates and stuff like that, since I usually don't keep whole albums on my mp3 player I'll just edit the songs I like in mixcraft if the songs sound weird.

It's probably V2 or V0 VBR. Nobody's going to encode at a constant bit rate of 209kpbs, and if I remember correctly iTunes has issues detecting variable bit rates.

Definitely not.
