I just started lifting weights again a week or so ago to keep in shape while I'm out of karate injured (I'm going back anyway asap, fuck this bitchy big toe). My stats are all pretty low compared to what they used to be, and I haven't done all of my exercises yet, but hopefully I'l l get back into the swing of it soon.

Bench: 185lbs (incline, decline, and flat)
Squat: 205lbs
Leg Press: 540lbs
Dumbell Curl: 50lbs

I haven't lifted weights in like eight months and I didn't get into it long enough, buuut...

Deadlift: 182.5lbs
Squat: ~140lbs
Military press: 82.5lbs

I've never bench pressed but I estimate it to be around 100lbs which would give me a Wilks of 144.6 with my weight of 153lbs. I'm both lighter and stronger now but still relatively weak >.>

How much do you weight, Morm? You should give us your Wilks after you find your 1RM for deadlift.

I weigh around 210. Never heard of the Wilks formula before, I just looked it up. Gotta convert between lbs and kgs a lot.

This should make it a little easier. Converting lbs to kg isn't too hard.

I haven't maxed out anything in a long time but here's my 3 sets 8 reps weights:

Flat bench: 160 lbs
Incline bench: 105 lbs
Decline bench: 145 lbs

I can't do squats and I don't do deadlifts (I don't really know the proper form).

Today I worked on my legs, my stats have gone up to the following:

Squat: 255lbs
Ski Squat: 185lbs (What this is)
Leg Press: 630lbs
Asuka
Bench: 275-285lbs (depending on if there are girls around tongue.gif)
Squat: 400+lbs havent checked in a few months
Cleans: 200+lbs same with squats
Da Bears
Stats I assume includes our build??

Height: 5'8
Weight: 132 (before I pee)

Max Bench (flat): 185
Max Bench (incline): 150
Max Bench (decline): Never done more than 155, but it's easier than flat/incline, so I'd imagine about the same as my flat.
Max Squat: Never really maxed out, but about 225.
Military Press: I work out with 45 lbs in each hand, so maybe max 55?

These are from when I was last lifting regularly. They are definitely much lower now.


Bench: 180 lbs.
Deadlift: 235 lbs.
Squat: 265 lbs
Leg Press: 400 lbs.
Military Press: 80 lbs.

I've made some pretty nice gains since the end of november.

Flat Bench: 255lbs
Incline Bench: 205lbs
Decline Bench: 225lbs
Squat: 345lbs
Leg Press: 720lbs cool.gif
Deadlift 275lbs

I just squatted 9 reps at 150lbs so that bumps my (theoretical) 1rm to 193lbs according to this.

I also benched for the first time. I didn't do so well. 3 reps of 120lbs. I couldn't seem to get any more than that up.

I'm pretty sure guys are more impressed than girls by such feats.

...Seriously. Like, even just some random guy who is around when you are benching. He would probably appreciate it more.

I read a random statistic that when females are nearby then a guy can lift like 10-15% more or something. Probably wrong but I swear its the truth laugh.gif

Hahaha, I wouldn't be surprised. It's funny because I don't know a female on the planet that is impressed by weight lifting.

Yea man, I have fell off hardcore ever since I started having some back problems in November.

I've just been lowering my weight and upping my reps. I hate injuries, I just can't seem to get my back in line...
