If you do, let us know what kind of workout routine or what kind of diet plan you follow.
I will when I've got the strength to post.

I work out regularly, 3 times a week. I basically have 2 "plans" that I just alternate (so I'll do play 1 on monday, play 2 on wednesday, play 1 on friday, plan 2 the next monday, etc).
Plan 1 is chest and triceps
Plan 2 is back, biceps, and shoulders
I also do abs 5 days a week, usually more intense on my off days. In terms of conditioning I play basketball as often as I can. I've also stopped doing leg workouts now that I'm not playing high school bball and since my left leg has several previous injuries that keep me from doing several exercises. Basketball alone is usually enough to keep them in shape, although I'm considering adding leg press and calve raises to one of my days.
In terms of dieting I keep it pretty simple. No fast food, no soda, no snacks, 4 meals a day, lots of water. Once I started it I shed fat quick. I didn't really lose any weight, but that wasn't my goal. I was never overweight, I just had a chubby stomach, which is now gone.
I can give a more indepth description of my weight lifting routine if someone is interested.

I don't do much.
I go to the gym almost every other night (lately it's been more like twice a week), but only stay for about an hour, and just dick around. I eat what I want, which isn't horrible stuff, but isn't that great.
For a while I was running a few miles every other night, and I really want to start again, but I can't. My knee's been hurt for months (I figure I just hurt it by running too much after years of inactivity), and I complain about it every chance I get.
About six feet tall and 145 pounds, pretty skinny. I should work out more and eat more, but eh. I'm not in very good shape. Back when I was running I felt good, even though I still wasn't in great shape.

I just make sure I don't eat crap food and/or too much food in general. It's working.

I've to the gym three times since I started working. In addition to sucking the life out of me, it usually takes up the golden 12-2pm timeslot when all my sparing buddies hang around and spar.
Before work, I was going to the gym four to six times a week, depending greatly on how bored I was that day. I didn't have a set plan or anything. If there were people who wanted to spar, I would do that. If not, I'd hit the bags for awhile and then maybe do one of the big three.
I do need to ease back into things. Bullshido is having another throwdown at the end of the year and I don't want to have another bruise rib this time around.
As far as diet, meh. I do try to not eat too much but I'm eating mostly pasta because it's cheap and I'm poor. I'd guess I'm getting 60-70% of my calories from carbs. Atleast I don't have to worry about gaining weight, thanks to my faulty bowels.
I go to the gym 2-3 times a week and eat pretty well.
As far as my routine or whatever: bench, incline bench, military bench, curls, that thing where you lie down on the bench and do that spread move for your chest, some machine exercises for my legs (im too scared to do squats cause i always feel like I'm going them wrong and will fuck up my back). Also I do pull-ups and chin-ups to warm up sometimes and I bike my way to the gym and back so that's some light cardio right there.

I lift 2-3 times a week (when I don't have a lot of work) and I usually run everyday for 30 min. I have been slacking though cause I've had dance practicing (dance season!) and that tires me out.

I just watch what I eat usually. Limit myself to one plate of food a night, and will get anything. try to always get some kind of veggies in, whether it be peas, carrots, or zucchini, w/e the dining hall offers.
I try to stay away from deserts period. Also no soda. Just water with lemon/lime and sometimes some chochalte milk [it's sweet, i think it has high fructose corn syrup].
also no "bad fast food" if I can help it, though pizza, Jimmy Johns, Calzones, Chipotle are all fair game. I have chipotle every Sunday night.
I'll usually party on the weekend so that means me staying up late with alcohol and possible pizza.
I really need to workout more; over break I'm going to step it up and get into shape. I haven't really been working out as much as I should it takes a lot out of me.

I used to obsessively. Haven't for quite a while now. I'm trying to get back into it, but right now my "routine" is consisting of cutting out the smoking, cutting out the drinking, cutting out all the fast food and junk food, and just walking three miles a day. I'm taking it slow. But I plan on getting back into some good fuckin' lean, strong, healthy shape eventually.

Found a nice new gym that's full of people that like to fight and I'm getting back into things. I'm going to start training Muay Thai now as well as boxing. Atleast until I'm confident enough to deal with kicks.
Started the whole diet thing again in full force, too.

I'm hoping to start exercising again by summer. I've had a (I want to say degenerative here, but not confirmed by docs) hip problem for a good year and a half now, and I'm going to get a third opinion. First doc said therapy but I didn't have the time since I was moving in 3 weeks, second gave me a broad anti-inflammitory and it worked but I was allergic. I'm basically going to tell this one everything and that I want it to be gone, be it through pain pills, therapy, or surgery.
But back on topic, I'm still watching what I eat, I stay in my comfort range weight wise, although I want to lose the fat on my stomach and torso. Hopefully I can this summer.

I've since stopped doing even that, but I've gotten a job in construction and gained five pounds. Which I'm given to understand could easily be little more than day-to-day fluctuation, but it's the first time I've broken 150.
I eat the same, still don't run. Still wish I could. But I wish I could run on the streets, which I will probably never be able to do again. Maybe I'll switch over to bicycling, and be sad.
