About 8 months ago, I started listening to LOTS of Zeppelin. I have developed a great appreciation of their work, particularly Jon Bonham. What other bands might I like that have absurdly talented drummers? I listen to a lot of classic rock, some hard rock, a bit of power metal, and some other random stuff.

It's a little bit harder metal but Frost of Satyricon and 1349 is AWESOME. Satyricon is more "Black and Roll" so you might try them first.

Obligatory Tool post because Danny Carey is awesome, no trolls plz. Also, if you listen to the Pumpkins all the way through Mellon Collie, Jimmy Chamberlin is pretty damn good. And of course if you like Zeppelin, listen to Rush for Neil Peart, The Who for Keith Moon and Black Sabbath for Bill Ward.
Cryptopsy is a good bet for drumming, Flo Mounier is one of the best. Also check out Nile, both are pretty brutal death metal but the drum work is amazing. Youtube Derek Roddy for visuals for Nile.
In terms of other styles, Streetlight Manifesto's "Everything Goes Numb" features some really solid drumming. He's not their drummer anymore, but he's a million times better than the new guy.
Symphony X has a great drummer in Jason Rullo, his patterns are beautiful to listen to. Slayer's Dave Lombardo is one of the most influential drummers of all time on modern metal, so pick up Slayer's work from the '80s and check him out. Primus' Tim Alexander is also a very stylistic but skilled drummer to listen to.

This guy owns, I think the drumming is one of my favorite parts of that album. Maybe I'm crazy, but it kinda reminds me of the drumming on Lightning Bolt - Hypermagic Mountain (goofy noise rock, hevy az fuk)

Yeah, the drumming really sets off that album more than anything in my opinion. Lots of soloing and filling and still tight as all hell.
It's a shame he got replaced by a guy who doesn't even come close talent-wise.

I'd like to add Ian Paice (Deep Purple) and Chad Smith (Red Hot Chili Peppers) to that list

Tatsuya Yoshida of Ruins (drum and bass...the actual instruments, not the genre) is my favorite drummer. It's fast and jazzy and experimental stuff. Check out anything he's involved in, he collaborates often outside of Ruins.
Other than people like Bonham I would say my second favorite is Coady Willis of Big Business/current Melvins member. Big Business plays a sort of hard rock/metal hybrid. Check out their newest record, Here Come The Waterworks, for some very fantastic and hard-hitting drumming. I saw him play a 40 minute Big Business set last year and then go right into an hour-long Melvins set without missing a single beat.

Terry Bozzio is a fucking amazing drummer. Most of Frank Zappa's work from the '70s features him, and he has a decent amount of solo stuff too (see: youtube, etc.). Technically one of the best drummers around, IMO. And his kit is fucking huge.

Neil Peart, duh.
But also Carl Palmer of ELP, Billy Cobham from Mahavishnu Orchestra, and Phil Collins (70s Genesis).
I second Ian Paice also.
