Without switching isps and what not?

this computer is horribly slow compared to my other, and it's annoying trying to up ratio on oink and whatnot



and the test said something like "your isp shows signs of upload compression" <-- any way to get around that/assuming it's bad

and the firmware, i read a few things on oink that said it would improve your router a ton, which would be great because mine is shitty and constantly drops connection

is it worth it/fairly easy to setup ?

The upload speed is hardwired on DSL and capped on cable. You can unlock your modem and get faster speeds using an uncapped modem, but . .. that has some not necessarily legal aspects to it. So basically nothing you can do.
