I'm at college and I'm limited to 2gig of downloads and half a gig of upload per week. Is there anyway to navigate around this?

2 gig down and half a gig up? DAMN that sucks ass. I have a restrictioon of 5gb up and 5gb down.

See if there is anyway you can navigate around it by requesting more bandwidth?

There's no way you can really flip a switch and then have the downloads/uploads not count against you.
KNow if you send a file to a friend on campus, if that counts against your bandwidth? Perhaps your campus has some sort of on-campus filesharing. Look around, eh?
