I hate when fish die. I had a really good run of over a year of no deaths then bam, I lost 2 in 2 months and then 4(they were new in a new tank however) in a week

I always feel so sad. Like, I can't even look at the poor upside down fish. I carry the tank and flush it asap.
The first 3 fish i owned died within 3 days of coming to my house. My brother dumbed water purifier in, while the fish were in. Grr. My other two fish lived over a year. Now I just have one left.

I know, my first fish, Potato the betta, I buried in my front yard because he lived for 10 months. My last fish James Douglas was too big to flush and I felt horrible putting him in a paper towel and throwing him away.
My buddy fish Sushi is 3 1/2, I have no idea how long I'll feel like shit if/when he passes.
