Are there any good MP3 players that also have a phone?
"Good mp3 players that also have a phone" seems dubious.
On the other hand, there are some good phones that also have an mp3 player. Nokia's N91 springs to mind, for instance. There's also the iPhone if you're a soulless freak--that might be a little closer to your original request.

I had a sony ericsson one (w810i.) It was surprisingly decent.
The Sony-Ericsson w800i is quite nice. For a lower-end model, the w300i is also good, which is what I currently have. I've also heard good things about the Nokia eXpress Music 5300.
Is any carrier okay, or do you need GSM?
I'd want it to be unlocked and have the capability to be used throughout the world (ideally).
Tmobile MDA. I have it, I love it. It's simple to unlock and you can use a variety of medias and media players.
EDIT:It is slightly bulky compared to most new phones but I still love it.
EDIT2: There is also a newer version called the wing. It's the same phone with newer features and it is slimmer. I'm not sure how easy it is to unlock though.
