This is the error I get with a BSoD everytime I try a torrent. Any help?

Sounds like a driver problem. Since it happens with bitorrent, then it's probably your network card. Update its drivers. I found this page that seems to talk about this specific BSoD error, so check it out:
http://www.vladd44.com/other/irq_error.phpSee if any of that helps.

That still didn't help out too much, can anyone walk me through it step by step?

I just thought of this, but sometimes having too many connections on torrents can cause a crash on some computers. Try turning that down in the options for your torrent client.
Also, what things have you already tried?

For what it's worth, I used to get this error all the time when my HD's ata cable was loose.

This is happening again, especially during WoW, and following the page posted earlier I don't even have the Interrupt Request thing in the list it told me to open.

I fixed mine by swapping the slots my ram was in. Apparently I have 1 or 2 bad ram slots (not sure, since I moved both sticks, and I don't care about it now that it's working). Make sure everything's seated properly and all the wires are connected, and if that doesn't help, try running memtest (google it, it'll show up somewhere). If you pass the memtests, then try moving your ram.
i'll have to try that magicplayr, I get this error at least once every two days or so
usually during games, but not always
