Just make it obvious that you've earned it, then ask if there's a policy for getting raises periodically. If there isn't one, say you deserve a raise.

I told my boss I was quitting my part time job at the end of summer, once things die down. He's now talking about possibly bumping me to full time if I'd work with him on staying.

Well, where do you work? If you're a mcdonalds bathroom cleaner I think it would be a little harder to ask for a raise.
