Apparently, there are people who have difficulty taking pills. They can't get them down, they always end up getting them on their tongue and getting that awful taste, whatever. I realized the other day, when I was taking two tylenol, three fish oil, a multivitamin, a wellbutrin XR, and my heartburn medication all at the same time (all but the last are full size pills, the fish oil being the largest), that a lot of people probably couldn't do this so easily.

I think I've taken 13 Robitussin Coughgels at the same time. I can barely swallow any without gagging now. Oooops.

I take them fine. I usually take 4-5 at once and rarely end up tasting them. So.. yeah.

My ex had trouble swallowing pills of any size, always thought she was weird for it. I didn't realize at the time that it's just not so easy for some people. I can swallow a a bunch with no problem.

I usually just swallow the pill along with a mouth full of water. Always does the trick.

Yeah, swallowing pills is fucking easy, drink or not. It's unpleasant without a drink, and I can see how other people can't do it without a drink, but I can't see how people can't swallow pills when they have a drink.

How much fish oil (in mg) do you take?

3 pills seem like a lot and I'm still trying to figure out how much I should take. Right now I take 1 pill of 800.

I have no problem with it.

I used to not be able to, but then I read some place to try putting it in your mouth and then swallowing it while drinking through a straw. Tried that and now I'm able to take them just fine. Hopefully a tip for those who can't?

I dry-swallow pills like it ain't no thang. The biggest I've ever taken were probably the Nyquil/Dayquil pills. More pleasureable to take with a liquid though, only because some stick in your throat and it feels weird.

I never understood why people can't swallow pills. I suppose it's more of a psychological thing.. people swallow chunks of food like 90 times bigger than most pills. Makes no sense to me!

I learned how to swallow pills when I was five- my sister had to take multi-vitamins and she couldn't swallow, so my mom spent ten minutes trying to explain how it works before I walked up next to her and popped one in. Took half a second to go down. Yeah, little sisters were invented to make big sisters look stupid.

One of my friends didn't swallow a pill until she was 12. We were at a party and she had a headache and the girl's parents only had Tylenol. We all gathered around and cheered her on, and she finally managed to get the pill down after several attempts.
