Career I think I'll do: Freelance journalist, eventual novelist but making most of my money off of writing and advertising for agencies.

Career(s) I want: Singer in a rock band, owner of a music studio and label/PR firm, modeling photographer, fantasy/sci-fi novelist, owner of a local venue/arcade that can put on shows and stay open late for college kids, etc. I want to do multiple things because I know I'd be bored with one career.

I have no idea about either.

I'd really love to be a guitarist. I don't have to be a rock star, hell, I don't care. I just want to be part of a band, I want the whole touring experience, you know?

I'll probably end up being a teacher somewhere here in Iowa.

I'm pretty good with this computer stuff, and it can be fun but I don't really think it's in my heart. I used to have a bunch of wild dreams and ideas for things I'd love to do, but I feel pretty detached from all of that these days. I wouldn't know what to tell you, to be honest.

I would love to own my own bar/music store/recording studio.

In reality thought I will probably end up just working in construction for the rest of my life

No idea. I'll probably end up doing some diplomatic stuff or at least some translation, but I can always fall back on teaching German if none of that works out. Things are still looking pretty open right now.

This topic makes me feel special as hell. I'd like to become a teacher, and that's what I'm making strides towards becoming. But I guess my career path is a bit easier than others to attain.
