Have you ever met the kid at OSU named Jules? He has long hair and he walks into libraries and like around the oval with his long board/guitar shirtless always and he's a creepy guy....?

Well he was in our year and he would get banned from every dorm he didn't live in because he was such a creepo. I figured you may have met him by now because he's so notoriously known on campus.

Anyways I started a topic because he just put a video of himself on youtube. I can't even begin to explain how badly this kid stalks people (mainly guys for some reason?) on campus.

Also he was banned from our dorm for creeping out girls (mainly this girl who was next to my dorm)
