I don't know if you guys remember or even know of the 8 minute work out series that was on luelinks. It had 8 minute abs, stretch, arms, legs, and ass. Now, I guess I should let you guys know I'm not neccassarily looking to put on body mass or lose weight. I just want to be in decent shape and maybe lost about 5-10 lbs and stablize around there. Atm I'm 5'7 and weigh about 178-180 lbs.

Anyway, this is what I was thinking of doing from now on

Alternating between the "complete" 8 minute program one day, and then the next day jogging for about 30-45 minutes along with the ab workout with maybe a "rest" day on Sunday.

Typically my problem with working out has been getting bored of doing the same thing over and over so I'm hoping alternating this stuff will help. Also, going to gym isn't an option because of money and travel issues.

The toughest part is starting. Once you get into a routine, after about a month, you won't get bored of it.
Master Bob
Once you start don't quit. And don't push yourself to hard. getting injured BLOWS.

Eh starting has never been the problem. I always get bored of doing the same work out after about a month or two. If I had someone working out with me I think that would help a lot but that's not really an option.
Master Bob
change the workout around. for example learn how to do handstand pushups, for example.

Do different kinds of push ups, ie dive bombers/whatever. I'm pretty sure the best ab workout is doing the bicycle thing while doing crunches. opposite knee/shoulder come together thingy.

I don't know what is in the 8 minute workout.

First of all, damn you. I am about 5-8ish and I only weigh 130 pounds, I can't put on weight for th e life me.

But yea what Master Bob said, don't get stuck in the same routine, switch that shit up every 4-6 weeks.
