Not exactly about physical health, but what helps you feel better when your life just feels like total shit?
I watch Clerks: The Animated Series, and I just feel better after watching all 6 episodes.

I watch Serenity/Fire Fly, play video games, reminisce with friends about old times, sleeping helps me feel better especially when depressed (but sleeping too much is bad) or I hang out with friends.
Any combination of these works best.

Beer is 50/50, it either helps me get my mind off, or it makes me cry.
Sometimes I put on a good movie that'll either make me feel good or just so bad for the character it makes my problems seem insignificant.
Also, sometimes I talk to my fish, just to vent. Sushi's been listening to me every now and then for almost 4 years now.

Sleeping, working out, smoking weed, getting out of the house, or playing video games.
Preferably, I can get out of the house to go work out, then smoke some weed and play video games until I want to sleep. I really don't have any problems in my life at the moment that I would still be hung up on the next day, though. Except that I can't come up with the money for summer camp tickets by the 28th so yet again, the price jumps up $10. Argh!
I'd say reading, too, but when I'm annoyed I'm not in the mood to read.

Sensible plan. Though I tend to take a very very long bath. I like the bathroom. Occasionally I can get peace in there so I never hurry if I can help it.
So yeah, bath, cup of tea, a book. And usually music to hum along with. Stops me from banging my head off the wall.

I rarely feel like that and if I do it's over something stupid and doesn't last very long. I just keep myself busy until it passes and then forget about it. Drugs have never really helped, I always end up focusing on the problem and disecting it to the last detail, usually uncovering more unhappiness than I knew existed.
