The last two things I bought were the two new aRCHIVE releases. They were a new Nadja disc and a Lasse Marhaug/Carlos Giffoni collaboration.
I've pre-ordered the new Stars Of The Lid 3xLP for $18ppd which you can't beat.
I'm expecting the new Explosions In The Sky 2xLP in the mail when I go home this weekend. The D-side etching is sick.

Orbital
The last things I ordered:

Secede - Vega Libre
IPB Image

Yagya - Will I Dream During the Process?
IPB Image

Those two were ordered from the label (sending orbs) and cost me $36.87 :(
SO releases always have awesome album and booklet art.

Secede & Kettel - Perspeeks (12")
IPB Image
IPB Image

That was $8.45 from merck records. I don't even have a record player though...I need to get one for all the vinyl only releases that I want to buy :/

I can't wait for the Secede & Kettel collaboration coming out on Sending Orbs later this year :O
Svyatogornyj
That Secede & Kettel 12" is creepy. Looks like the plague doctor.
90% of the music you upload or talk about I have not heard before, Orbital, but I usually like it. Ambience FTW.
Orbital
Yeah, that 12" is creepy sad.gif

And yes, ambient ftw

I don't like how they release shit in different colors and stuff because it makes you want to get them all and therefore spend more money on the same shit.

It's only a problem if you make it one. Owning several copies of the same record is something that's pretty common these days.

Yesterday, for $10, I got 4 LPs:
- License To Kill OST
- You Only Live Twice OST
- Easy Rider OST
- Megadeth - Peace Sells...
Anomaly
I bought two CDs recently. Melora Creager - Perplexions, and And One - Bodypop. I gave Perplexions a few listens, but songs like Military Fashion Show and Traumfrau from Bodypop are my current earworms.

IPB Image

The Residents - Eskimo and Whatever Happened to 'Vileness Fats'? LPs

Kark - The Hermit LP

All for $20.
Jyff
Repurchased Surfer Rosa and Doolittle after some fuckhead stole my copies and scratched them to hell. He gave them back to me after they were both unplayable, so I bought them both again out of self pity.
Orbital
A couple older releases that are oop like all of merck's shit :(

Helios - Unomia

Blamstrain - Ensi

Conrad Schnitzler - Trigger Trilogy 3CD

Coliseum & Young Widows - Split 7"

Where did you get the Schnitzler boxset? Important? I've been meaning to get that but isn't it all him playing piano? I've never heard him doing that I don't think.

The Coliseum/Young Widows 7" is good, I like the artwork and cover and all that.

The boxset was at my local store. It's on the Important label though. It sounds like beat-based industrial music to me but all is good. I ripped it in v0 if you want it.
Svyatogornyj
I think I have it on my computer actually. I must've been thinking of another one of his records on Important.
Anyway, I can actually contribute. Since home I have received/bought:
Sunn O))) & Boris - Altar 3xLP (Japanese pressing...*sigh*)
Black Boned Angel - Ashes 3xCD-R
Black Boned Angel - Bliss And Void Inseperable CD
Oak - Demo CD-R
Dragon Green - Emissions From Green Sessions CD
Tribes Of Neurot - Rebegin CD
Rollo - Pinhole LP
LSD March - Tour CD
Beirut - Gulag Orkestar (easily one of the best records I heard in '06)

Last few things:
Death Unit/Prurient 2x3" CD split.
Warmth/Yellow Swans 7" on white.
Trading a guy my Red Sparowes 2xLP for his Ocean 2xLP. Couldn't be happier about that trade.
Also trading a guy a Toxic Holocaust 5" for a Melvins CD and two Zeni Geva CDs.

Doesn't that mean you'll have two copies of the Ocean? Trade me one. >_>

Also... How's the Death Unit/Prurient split? Both projects r0x0r.
Svyatogornyj
No. I own the Ocean demo CD I bought when I saw them but nothing else. The 2xLP is out of 500 and I've been wanting when since I watched Important sell out of them.
I will be playing the Death Unit/Prurient tonight. It'll be short but good I'm sure.
