I do all the time. Usually it's music in a language I'm trying to learn but can't really understand, but sometimes it's one that I haven't even made an effort with.

More than half the music I listen has vocals in a language I do not speak but it really doesn't matter. I prefer it sometimes, to be honest.

I've got songs on my iPod in Spanish, French, Japanese, Korean, Portuguese, Icelandic, and some others that I don't really know what language they are.

Yeah, if the music is good you shouldn't need to understand the lyrics. In fact it can make the song a lot better if by some chance you actually learn the lyrics and you don't like them.
Which reminds me, I haven't heard Ta Det Lungt in a long time.

I listen to French music (and regular fucking music with French in it, like Freezepop). I used to listen to more. Some Italian stuff, some German, and I can't really remember the other stuff. I think it sounds cool.
I saw some CDs at Borders last week that looked pretty awesome. They were named after various countries and had music from the country on them. Like, one was called Spain and had Spanish music, one was called Hungary and had Hungarian music, etc. and I thought it seemed like it would be a neat collection.
Oh, almost forgot to mention Stereo Total. I recently discovered them on Pandora.com. It's a band that sings in several languages, often in just one song. It's mainly English, French, and a little German, but I read there can be up to five languages in a song. The music is weird, but it's fun to listen to the lyrics and try to pick up what I can understand.

Yeah, I listen to stuff I don't understand. the pillows are in my top 3 favorite bands, and the vast majority of their lyrics are in Japanese. I also listen to Asian Kung Fu Generation, Noodles, and Kagrra,, which are also Japanese. Then there's Lee Jung Hyun, who's Korean, and I used to be pretty into Rammstein, who sing largely in German, but have a song with Russian lyrics that's pretty good. Not speaking the language doesn't stop me from learning the lyrics, either. It just makes it a little bit trickier. I can sing along to easily upwards of a hundred non-English songs.

Some artists I listen to who do not sing in english: Amadou & Mariam, Mc Solaar, Saian Supa Crew, and Juanes. those are the main people I listen to. That's not to say I don't have more non-english music, in my library i also have: Ayumi Hamasaki, Utada Hikaru, Daddy Yankee, Seeed, Gelugugu, Tokyo Ska Paradise Orchestra, Joaquín Sabina, Diego Martin, Ednita Nazario, El Canto del Loco, Magnate Y Valentino, Carmen Consoli, Don omar, A R Rahman Javed Akhtar, and various others. I don't listen to all the differe non-english artists all the time because I ususally don't go back and listen to past favorites.

Over half of my music is in German (or it's German guys badly attempting other languages). But many people that I try to convince to listen to a song refuse because it's not English.

Most of the time, no. I like understanding what I am listening to.
I have a few Japanophile friends wh love the J-Pop and J-Rock. And while I love the music and voices behind a lot of the J-Rock, I don't enjoy listening to it, because I do not understand it.
