I am Landak, a long-time 404 lurker, who, alas, appears to have something of a life.

I'm a British A-Level Student, and I am currently in the middle of deciding which University I wish to spend the next large chunk of my life at. I would love to read Physics at Somerville College, Oxford, but should that not work out, it is likely to be London (Imperial College) for me.

At A-level, I've taken Maths, Further Maths, Physics and Chemistry, obtaining As in all of them at AS-Level; I play the piano, like tea, and have to fly about the country quite a lot at the moment for university related interviews: note to self, avoid mentioning "Nuclear weapon design" and "The Complete Hackers' Handbook" in future on any official forms.

I run OSX, Gentoo, Suse, and 'Doze XP/2000 across about thirteen computers on my home network. Most of them are shit. A few are good. I'm typing this on an iBook - I work part-time as a sysadmin and developer for a local charity.
