I can't find the time for it. I just don't have the time. Too much school, and then some. Highschool + University.
The only exercise I have are my occasional runs, my occasional walks, a soccer game once or twice a week (2 hours or so of running, sprints, and walking, intermittantly...), pushups and situps in gym class.
That is, almost nothing.
What exercise can I fit in - maybe half an hour before bed or so - to keep myself on the bear minimum of being moderately healthy? I'm probably looking for stamina, which doesn't really fit the half an hour before bed criteria, but if there's still something I can do, I would want to start doing it.
I eat well, much fruit, veggies, rice and cheese, some chicken and less meat. I drink mostly water (I'd say about 70%), and the rest is orange or apple juice, some coke.
Also, in a year and a bit I'll probably be going to 2-week or 3-month (long story) boot camp, where I'll be doing exercise all the time, basically...
[no, I have no idea what I'm asking either, I was hoping you did.]

you could try walking places instead of driving if you can afford the time loss.
You could try doing hindu squats/pushups/brige. Whole trifecta takes about 15 minutes or so and it is a good endurance work out.

Try the first workout at
http://trainforstrength.com/workouts.shtmlIf you can do that easily try the second.
They don't take long once you get used to them, and don't require much in the way of equipment. I hear they're very good, but I've never actually done either.

Your idea of getting no work out definitely makes me feel American.

I do walk to places, usually, when I have time and/or no car, as in 2 AM from the theater (approximately 45 minutes the long way, 35 minutes the short way, but the short way has drug addicts on it, so there's martial arts training [I have none] on the way too. :-P)
EDIT: I'll try the trainforstrength thingy sometime after exam season, thanks for the link.
