I have very little experience with the BBQ grill. When it comes to a kitchen and a stove, I can work miracles and whip up amazing things, but grilling... Thats another thing. I don't really know how to tell when things are done on the grill, and I don't want to over cook anything. lol..
I'm buying my first grill this weekend

Yay, me! My b/f's birthday is on Tuesday, and I'm planning on making BBQ baby back ribs, tri tip and chicken for a party I'm throwing him. I've only cooked one steak somewhat successfully on the grill and I don't want to ask for anyones help, I want to do this all on my own.
Any advice is appreciated. Thanks!
