I think everyone should be a mod. Just until more people sign up. It would be absolute craziness.

I dunno about IPB, but the mod controls for phpbb are boring and clunky.
Mod controls on IPB are decent. I've modded on it for a while now.

The mod options themself are pretty lame, now the admin ones, those are a bit more interesting.
