I'm not an avid reader of comics though I do read some. Anyway, I didn't know the SS could do that liquid thing.

The SS is a gay name, but looks cool.

Haven't seen the original, mainly due to the horrid acting by The Human Torch Chris "I can't act" Evans. It seems he has a big part again in this one, with the same horrible lines, so I may have to pass again. I enjoy the Silver Surfer character though and I love Alba/Chiklis/McMahon.

Maybe Ill check out the first and see this one when its out on DVD. No theatre for me on this gem.

Can't really tell anything from that "trailer" since its basically just a minute long chase scene. I don't really enjoy how they made the silver surfer the T-1000 with a surfboard.

I actually liked the first one (thought the end was a bit of a letdown though) and can't wait for this one. It's probably going to be the best comic-book movies this year (well...second probably, 300 is gonna kick ass)

My only actual complaint from seeing this trailer is that the Sufer's board is too short.

I never watched the first one because the guy from nip/tuck was supposed to be Dr. Doom. But, if Galactus looks as cool as he should in this one, I'll check it out.

Well they weren't that great (espeically the second one) The fact that Peter gets infected by the symbiote, fights it off, and defeats Brock/Venom (along with Sandman and whatever Harry's calling himself) all by the end of the movie is just retarded. Then Gwen being relegated to a mere Symbiote-infected Peter fling also doesn't sit well with me.

Honestly, I don't see what you all hated about Fantastic Four. Aside from the crappy battle with Dr. Doom it was a good movie. The first Spider-man was alright, but I find myself enjoying episodes of the live-action Spider-man show more than I enjoyed the second one.

If a movie is going to have a complete lack of character development you would at least think that they would fill in with more action scenes. 45 minutes of the movie are spent in Reed's lab doing tests. It's not a bad movie, it's just incredibly boring. Why the fuck are we supposed to care at all about any of these characters? The only person who was actually interesting was Doom and it wasn't because of the writing it was because of Julian McMahon.

I thought that video you posted was pretty good. I didn't care for the song though, but rap really isn't my style. I think I could deal with her more than most rappers though.

He didn't really have time in his original appearances to be viewed as a villan. He shows up in FF4 #48, meet the gang (and Alicia) tells them of Galactus (who then shows up) and by issue 50 he's betrayed his master and helped the F4 defeat him. After that he's stuck on Earth and he sorta just wanders around getting into all sorts of stuff (including but limited to performing heroic deeds)

I like the F4 and it was still a crappy movie. Bad acting, bad plot, EXTREMELY bad dialogue.
