How do you take them?

I like Everything bagels with plain cream cheese or Poppy Seed with garlic/herb cream cheese.
Joseph
I always either took bagels with cream cheese or plain. Ultimate late night snack for me was just pulling a bagel out and eating the thing like a donut.

Cream cheese. I also like melting cheese and ham on them but that takes effort I'm rarely willing to exert.
Poopington
Usually with a little butter or cream cheese (I'm not a big fan of either, but a little bit on a bagel is good), or, if we have it, nacho cheese. It sounds kinda weird, but it's pretty good.
Svyatogornyj
Everything bagel or an egg bagel for me. I cut them out of my diet probably about 6 months ago but since I've been repulsed by cream cheese from childhood and butter sucks, I really only ate them with eggs, cheese, or both.
Dana Rae
I like sesame, plain or sour dough bagels, toasted.

Cream cheese is a must! Herb and Garlic is my fave, i also love plain, garden vegetable, jalepeno cheese and strawberry.

I also like cream cheese on toasted english muffins, and toasted in flat bread. I kinda love cream cheese.
Ultra Magnus
Sesame Seed bagels, but both sides have to be toasted! I love the seeds nice and toasted and tasty.

What I put on mine is the Garlic & Herb Creamcheese (popular item here!) and Tabasco Sauce. I prefer the Chipotle Tabasco for it's flavour, and the original for the heat.

I love blueberry bagels with cream cheese or butter.

Or plain bagels with black forest ham and cream cheese, but I do that as more of a lunch thing.

Also, I never toast them. I stick them in the microwave (with the cream cheese, butter, or ham/cream cheese on there already) for 30 seconds and it melts the butter or cream cheese beautifully.

Edit: I really like cream cheese, but I've never heard of those other flavors. I just stick with plain Philadelphia Cream Cheese.
PsychoDan
I like onion bagels, with just about any flavor of cream cheese. Melted muenster cheese is quite good too, as is cream cheese and lox, though I don't get to have that often.
Shawn
Cream Cheese on a plain/egg bagel, sometimes with ham, jelly, or even strawberry cream cheese.
The President
Seasame with cream cheese and jelly.
Codeman
Sesame Seed bagels for sure. Then I either flock to cream cheese or melt some shredded cheese on the top.

Garlic/herb cream cheese is the bomb diggity, my favorite right now is that on plain or sesame seed bagels. I haven't tried many of the flavors of bagels across the street though, might start doing that soon.
FAGBALLS420
Plain, toasted, with turkey, cheddar, bacon, lettuce, and chilis. That's if I'm at the bagel place here in Bedford. If I get their bagels to go, I'll either eat them straight, whole, or with turkey and cheddar. But they're phenominal with all that other stuff on em. been meaning to try their jalapeņo and cheddar bagles. The cinnamon sugar ones are pretty fantastic, too.
Endless
An egg bagel with jalapeņo cream cheese is my favorite.
Anomaly
I like all kinds of bagels (except blueberry, which I like but can't eat because I am allergic) and like them with butter, butter and cheese, plain or flavored cream cheese, cream cheese with jam or lox, pesto, or just about any kind of dip or spread. If I don't have a toaster oven in which to toast bagels, I am miserable. Fuck the popup toasters; you can't toast anything with toppings in those.

In highschool, it was tradition that one person from each advisory would buy and bring bagels and cream cheese every Friday. So, I've eaten tons of bagels. I've found that the most fun are the ones that are slightly more crispy on the outside because you can remove the inside making sort of a bagel tunnel, though you can't really eat these with anything on top.
Kefka
I love bagels.

I just started trying melted swiss cheese on the bagels we have, it's delish.

This is an old topic, but oh well.

Whenever I go into NYC, I get this thing at this tiny restaurant and it's so good. It's just a poppy seed bagel with mozzarella, tomato, and basil (my three favorite ingredients ever) wrapped in tin foil and put in the oven for a few minutes. The bagel gets toasty and all of the flavors come together and it's just wonderful. Tastes even better with a big ol' cappuccino with extra foam. Mmmm...
PA.
Cream cheese and some good smoked salmon. Alternatively some sliced beef, lettuce, tomato, mayo and ketchup, some habanero tabasco sauce.
