Myself, I have to admit to not only watching, but thoroughly enjoying the Buffy, the Vampire Slayer TV series. To the point of seriously considering blowing money on buying the series on DVD. I dunno what hooked me, but I always loved that show.

How about you? Anything you enjoy watching that you either know you shouldn't, or catch a lot of crap for?

I don't feel guilty for watching anything but the one I get the most crap for is Gilmore Girls.

I apparently like that show...when I'm high

Oh and I get shit for watching The O.C.
Euphoria
Smallville.

Like MWNN, I don't really feel guilty about watching any particular show. It's just some certain ones that some of my friends make fun of me over, like Desperate Housewives or Grey's Anatomy.

And I'm also a big Buffy (and Angel) fan, I got both series on DVD.
Chaos
Is it wrong that I like to watch Maury? I love it when them black baby daddy's get owned by being the father.
Zombie N-Word
I get shit for watching Grey's sometimes, that's about it.

Gilmore Girls.

Yeah, I like that show. I don't watch it every week, but if it's on, I'll watch it.
Dana Rae
I'm addicted to Grey's and The OC. Thursdays are sexy.

How about a little gem called The Lost World.

Yes the show haha. Not the fucking movie. I have a thing for the TV show. Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's: The Lost World. I think TNT plays it sometimes these days early in the mornings.

I don't follow it anymore but I still know all the characters and basic relationships of Passions and Days of Our Lives. cool.gif
The President
I guess wrestling could be a guilty pleasure for me.

Also, trick shot pool on ESPN 2 on Sunday afternoons sometimes.

Uh there's nothing guilty about Buffy. It's a great show.

There is when just about every one of your friends thinks the only good television is large snakes eating or buildings exploding.

On another note, General Hosptial is another one I get crap for watching.

The O.C. seems to set off many people's inbuilt "lolz wut a FAG!!1" response.

He must be a huge fan of Dawson's Creek..

Does Babylon 5 and Star Trek TNG count as guilty pleasures? I haven't watched Babylon 5 in a long time though since I don't like the sci fi channel that much (are they even showing reruns on there?) but i watched it on its original run in syndication and cable and I occasionally watch TNG on G4 now (I watched it all the time last year though through its whole run)

I don't sit down and watch very many tv shows these days, I usually use it for background noise while I am on the computer. I think the only show I really bother to sit down and watch is new episodes of south park and deadwood, and deadwood is done sad.gif

I revive this topic...with Super Sentai.

That's right. Japanese power rangers. I watch it, love it, and hate myself for it.
Rob
If you bumped this topic two weeks later, it would have fucked everyone up.

Hmm....

I watch Bad Girls Club, real house wives of the oc (or something like that), rock of love, I love new york, and enjoy it. Along with all those other retarded tv shows like that. I LOVE avatar, way too much. And Neds Declassified School Survival Guide... awesome show to watch high. I watch pretty fucking much every real world and road rules/real world challenge, inferno and all that shit. I watch True Life a lot too. And I watched the first season of buffy the whole way through, when it came out. It was actually our family show.. (my dad, me, my bro and my sis... lol mostly dudes).

lol

I've gotten a lot of shit for watching Lost.

For a couple of months my roommates and I all watched Charmed pretty religiously. We just kept thinking like, "alright, this can't get any more ridiculous", but it always did

I'm familiar with Charmed, if only because TNT is always playing on some TV in my house.

i used to watch dragon ball z, but then i found out a lot of people actually liked it. one of my good buddies has all the original VHS DBZ movies, in japanese with englsih dubs. He grew up watching the show because he lived in Hong Kong for the first 8 years of his life.

other than that, nothing. oh, pokeman as a kid, and that was really the only medium of pokemon i got into. never played cards too much, never had a game, etc.

Eh, mostly anime. which is funny, because other than the aforementioned, and Gundam Wing, i never watched anime. ever.

but nowadays i don't really watch any new tv. just reruns when there is nothing else to do. Sports is the only "new" thing i watch on TV. I've always wanted to watch prison break, but i've never been able to follow it. but individual episodes are kinda cool. I suppose it could be a "guilty pleasure", but I watch Corner Gas, and proudly at that. It's a very dry comedy show based in Saskatchewan.

Nip Tuck.

...and damn you guys like some shitty TV shows.

Saw Degrassi one time when I was in Buffalo...probably the worst hour of television of my life.

Personally, I own all 10 seasons of Friends. I used to watch a couple episodes a night before I fell asleep, in a continuous cycle...start with the first, watch all of them over a couple months, and the next night after the last one just start all over. I haven't watched an episode in months though. But I do catch shit for knowing like every single event to ever happen in that series.

Drunken Chocobo
Does Avatar the Last Airbender count? It's just so cool. I don't care if it's meant for kids
Loveless Aardvark
All of those MTV dating shows (Next, Parental Control, etc.). Laguna Beach, The Hills, The Real World, True Life, Made.

Ned's Declassified School Survival Guide, Drake and Josh, Unfabulous, The Naked Brothers Band. (I like to think it's because my sisters watch them all the time).

The Girls Next Door, Extreme Makeover.
Zombie N-Word
DeGrassi and Passions (yes, that crappy Soap Opera with the witch and demons and shit)

Much like the Endless, Private Practice.
moscas
Grey's Anatomy, Dawson's Creek, shitty "The N" shows, Quantum Leap

I only really watch Grey's Anatomy every week. The others are sort of a fade in/fade out type of deal, depending on my level of boredom.

For movies, I liked Garden State. mellow.gif
