I drink a shake with a scoop and a half of Whey (36g), 1/2 cup dextrose, 1/2 cup maltodextrin, 5g creatine, and some salt after lifting.
Tastes entirely too good to be healthy. Enough sugar to kill a police horse and go to jail to fear for your virgin ass while your buddies conspire to sell weed to raise your bail.

Just 2 scoops of muscle milk and my 2 creatine pills, but I obviously take those separately. It tastes amazing, even with water. I actually like it better with water because the milk makes the shake so filling.

Pre/during boxing I mix whey, glucose, and water. It tastes awful. Glucose was pretty hard to find. After spending hours driving around I found one of the Viet markets around here carries it at a great price. Only one of the sports nutrition places I went to carried it(At an inflated rate) and some of them didn't even know what glucose was.

I don't drink a post-workout shake, sorry Morm... but um... if I had ice cream I'd make them with ice cream, milk, protein powder, and whatever fruit I have that goes well in shakes.

I'm using this as of yesterday:
http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cs/milk.htmlA 1/2 shake before. Full shake after. 1/4 shake before bed.
Should last a month- 2months and cost me $30.
Looks like they have it for a bit cheaper online, but I got mine at a local GNC.
