My training sessions in karate are much harder physically than lifting weights in the gym, but I usually find myself pretty refreshed after a good session in the dojo (I need to get back

). I feel good leaving the gym also, but when I get home or when I get on the subway to head to work, I'll usually close my eyes and have one of two kinds of naps. Either I'll have one of those conscious but not exactly awake sleeps for half an hour or so, or I'll be dead to the world for 15 or 20 minutes. In either case, feels fantastic when I wake up.
This might be in part due to the massive amount of sugar in my post-workout shake...
