Today I worked legs/back and tried squatting 345lbs. I got 3 reps, but couldn't get the last one back up and went down with the bar. I was already on my fourth set I think by the time this happened. Needless to say I stuck with 255 for the rest of the evening.

Got my leg press up to 20 reps of 720, at least.

I need to get my back into shape, my legs can definitely handle much more than 345. sleep.gif

They feel fucking great today, my back feels pretty good also but I just know it's holding me back. For the next month it's gonna be deadlifts till I can't bend over anymore.
